Council considered two related appointments: a voting delegate to the Texas Municipal League (TML) annual business meeting and a legislative delegate to represent Springtown on matters before the 2027 legislative session. Mr. Beller explained differences between the roles—the voting delegate attends the TML conference to vote on association business and the legislative delegate may need to attend hearings in Austin on short notice.
