Dalton presented a draft future land-use map and told the Springtown Citizen Planning Advisory Committee that the document is intended as a vision, not a re-zoning: "this is not dictating zoning. This is just in ideal circumstances." The presenter asked committee members to review printed maps and mark areas of concern during a brief working session.
