Marc Stroot appeared before the Morrison County Board of Adjustment on July 7 seeking an after‑the‑fact variance for accessory structures encroaching on a septic tank and property lines. Staff entered Sections 706 and 1301.34 of the Morrison County Land Use Control Ordinance, aerial photos, a site plan and site photos into the record; 69 notices were sent to neighboring property owners.
