The Morrison County Board of Adjustment continued an after‑the‑fact variance application for the property listed on the agenda as Christopher Nieland after testimony from the applicant (identified in the hearing as Nicholas Nieland) and staff. Amy Kowalzek entered Section 706 of the Morrison County Land Use Control Ordinance, aerial photos, site plan, four site photos and staff report highlights; 68 neighboring property owners were notified.
