Staff reviewed active time‑extension and 90‑day deadlines for a set of pending subdivision and land‑development plans. The commission recorded deadlines such as July 1, 2025 for CBI Ventures (land development) and June 30, 2025 for George & Messinger (minor subdivision), and summarized prior conditional and final approvals for projects (Strohl, Serfass, Stoltzfus, Moses, Beltzville Enterprises, Ziegenfus).
