On Aug. 19 the City Plan Commission continued CD-CPC-2026-00121 without fee to Sept. 2. The rezoning affects roughly 7.196 acres at multiple addresses (northeast corner of 23rd and Locust St / 2201 Gillham Rd; northwest corner of 24th and Holmes St / 2310 Holmes St; and properties at 685 E 24th St and 650 E 25th St). Staff recommended continuance; no public testimony was recorded.
