The Connally Independent School District Board of Trustees voted unanimously to approve a Committed Fund Balance Resolution at a special meeting on Feb. 27, 2025. The motion was made by Board President Steven Carter and seconded by Trustee Heather McCarty-Johnston; the board recorded seven votes in favor and no opposing or abstaining votes.
