The Town of Horizon City Council accepted an update on the Capital Improvement Program at its July 8, 2025 regular meeting. CIP Manager Terry Quezada presented the report; Council Member Ames moved to accept the update and the motion passed on a roll-call vote with six ayes and one absence (Council Member Quiroz).
