City staff told the council that a technical omission in the staff report required a narrow change to the recommended action: the city attorney read a revised recommended action to "authorize and direct the city manager to execute an amendment" to the city's contract with MNS Engineers to amend the scope of services, extend the term to June 30, 2027, and increase the total contract amount by approximately $890,295.
