The board reviewed two land‑use plans. The Fleischner subdivision, which would create an 8.21‑acre lot from an existing 37.76‑acre parcel, was presented with a Planning Commission recommendation contingent on a clerical correction to the drawing. Vice‑Chair William Duncan moved to table the plan to the regular meeting to allow additional review; Supervisor Jason Davidek seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
