Representatives for SRF2 G4, LLC presented a proposal to relocate previously approved building lots on Rice Road to avoid steep slopes and creek setbacks associated with the original approval. Lee Faircloth of GLB&A said the newly proposed lots are wooded but provide better buildable areas; two building rights would transfer to the new lots while one right would remain with the residual farm.
