The Village of Sodus Point Zoning Board approved an area variance for Marcia and David Breckenridge at 7105 Bayview Drive to construct an 80"x11' deck 9.5 feet from the north property line, where the code requires 12.5 feet. The builder representing the Breckenridges presented an overlay showing the existing deck and the proposed extension; no public comments were offered.
