Engineering staff told the board that permit applications for the Riggs Road (County Route 7) bridge replacement were submitted to NYSDEC and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and that a drainage report was filed with NYSDOT; staff said they expect to reuse existing abutments and replace the superstructure but that federal and state reviews could dictate final design.
