Council reviews revised Stormwater Management Plan draft and task‑tracking tool; public release pending

Jennifer Baker reported that EOA, the consultant revising the Stormwater Management Plan, has incorporated previously submitted comments and is finalizing editable Word and PDF drafts. The updated plan will serve as the guiding document for how the program achieves and maintains permit compliance.

EOA also developed a comprehensive task tracking spreadsheet that organizes required permit activities by the six Minimum Control Measures over the next five fiscal years and includes a visual tracking system. Staff said the long‑term goal is to integrate the task list into the Forerunner platform to enable automated reminders and improved workflow management. Staff confirmed the updated plan will be made available as a public document once the consultant's final deliverables are received; no public release date was provided at the meeting.
