Brimfield trustees approved text clarifications to the integrated commercial district (section 311) to align the listed uses with the stated purpose of the code, adding hotels, convention and conference centers and high-density residential developments to the uses and Appendix E. Zoning and economic development director Mike Glad told the board the changes are largely housekeeping to prevent legal challenges because the uses are referenced in the purpose section but absent elsewhere in the code.
