During the public-comment portion of the Aug. 12 meeting, Norman Wooge of 3790 Pawnee Rd told the Board of Franklin County Commissioners he was concerned about dust-control material placed in front of the property at 3553 Oregon Rd and asked the commissioners to drive by the location and inspect it.
