Council approved a lease agreement with Expressive Dance Studios for the studio space located at 300 West B Street, a building immediately east of the elementary school. Town Manager Greg Lunsford explained the studio has leased the building for several years and the new owner/operator Bryanna Dean—who succeeded longtime operator Mary Liz Humphries—introduced herself and expressed appreciation for the lease work.
