Board members reviewed DeForest’s incident report and the drawdown the village performed after a tabulator jam. Staff recounted absentee ballots and reported: "Number of absentee voters was 407. The number of ballots was 407," and the village provided a drawdown sheet that reconciled the discrepancy. The board signed the corrective paperwork and recorded acceptance of the drawdown.
