The county administrator reported two notices received this week. First, Northern Natural Gas provided general notice describing proposed modifications to existing facilities; the administrator said the company’s public filing appears to show proposed work on a line between Flynn'sburg and Little Falls and that the application and map are available for public inspection at the Great River Regional Library.
