Auditor‑Treasurer Shannon Coy presented two large‑assembly permit applications for Mudfest — an end‑of‑May event that requested a fencing variance and a truck‑pull event scheduled for Sept. 26 with the same variance request. Both applications were reviewed and approved by the sheriff’s office and Health & Human Services prior to the meeting.
