Collin County court adopts schematic plans for courthouse expansion

The Collin County Commissioner’s Court adopted schematic plans for Phase 1 of a courthouse expansion after a public presentation by the county’s building projects staff. The adopted package covers a courthouse addition, an expansion of inmate-holding space, a new parking garage and a pedestrian bridge connecting the new garage to courthouse facilities.
