Collin County approves schematic design for courthouse expansion after public presentation
After a public schematic-design presentation, Commissioners voted 5-0 to adopt the Phase 1 courthouse expansion plans, which include a courtroom addition, inmate holding expansion, a pedestrian bridge and a new parking garage. Some security-area slides were redacted during the presentation.
