CAST training compliance resolved; Flying Biscuit item postponed

Officer Presley reported to the board that all permittees on the CAST training list had either met the training requirement or surrendered their beer permits. "Everyone on there has either met the requirement or chose to surrender their beer permits," Presley said. Staff identified that Seed Coffee, Tobacco King and Honeybee Coffee surrendered their permits, and Lucky Shot Billiards attended the training.
