At 7:49 p.m. the Mustang Ridge City Council convened an executive (closed) session under Section 551.087 of the Texas Open Meetings Act to deliberate with representatives of Cielo Digital regarding Project Mockingbird, a proposed data center development in the Caldwell County portion of the city. The closed session was described as covering property development, development structure, and economic development negotiations, including the offering of financial incentives. The council returned to open session at 8:41 p.m.
