Commissioner Reece asked whether the land where the Library sits could be sold to produce revenue. City Manager Frank Martz explained the property has conveyance terms requiring a public purpose, meaning a change would require legal action and could take several years. He also noted CareerSource currently occupies space on the site and the City would look for interim tenants or leasing opportunities if operations changed.
