The Mission Consolidated Independent School District board voted unanimously on Aug. 20, 2025, to accept Substantial Completion for the district's Facility Enhancement (SAFE) Project Package #2. Superintendent Dr. Cris Valdez presented administration's recommendation and said administration was prepared to move forward with the Substantial Completion milestone.
