The Village Board approved Hudson River Sloop Clearwaters request for additional docking dates at the village dock (evening of July 10 through morning of July 15) and separately approved permission to host a three-day youth empowerment program ("Young Women at the Helm") with overnight camping from July 10—12. Parks staff confirmed receipt of a certificate of insurance and said parks staff had "okayed" the event.
