County counsel Drew Porter reported that the Knox County Council had approved an Economic Development Agreement, a Road Use Agreement and a Decommissioning Plan with lona Solar, LLC/Orion. On that basis Commissioner TJ Brink moved to approve all three documents and Commissioner Kellie Streeter seconded; the motion passed 3-0.
