The board unanimously approved a pair of zoning ordinance edits Sept. 3 that explicitly tie Appendix E (the township's schedule-of-uses matrix) to Chapter 3 zoning-district language. Zoning staff said legal counsel recommended the change to create an explicit legal link so that uses listed in Appendix E are enforceable against the zoning district rules in Chapter 3.
