The council approved resolution 78-2024 to contract with HR Green for engineering services on the city’s sanitary-sewer maintenance (lining) project with a not-to-exceed amount of $30,000. Staff described a multi-stage plan: rush plans this month, advertise and take bids in January, and allow three months for lining work with the goal of completion by May.
