City Clerk Amy Campos presented an engagement agreement with Melendres & Melendres, P.C. to serve as bond counsel for short-term bonds. Councilman Erasmo Bravo moved to approve the engagement agreement and Councilman Joseph Romero seconded; the motion carried on a roll-call vote recorded as Bravo: Aye; Romero: Aye; Blea: Aye; Silva: Aye.
