County commissioners voted to approve and sign a memorandum of agreement (MOA) with the State Emergency Management Agency (SEMA) to rewrite Cole County’s multi-jurisdictional hazard mitigation plan, a required five-year update that staff said is necessary to preserve eligibility for federal disaster mitigation grants.
