Gabe Aschbacher told commissioners that "the water loss number is down from last month" and said staff continue to search for leaks. He updated the commission on capital and maintenance projects: work continues on University Avenue, the contractor for the Madison project is currently waiting for parts to proceed, and alleys will be the next area scheduled for work.
