The town marshal reported that staff member Morgan completed an emergency responder clinician training and has applied for certification. The marshal said Morgan has already been used effectively in joint responses with the sheriff's office and EMS, and council members discussed expanding her role to include Narcan trainer certification so she can train law enforcement, EMS and community members to administer Narcan.
