Board approves six‑phase Facilities Master Plan process to vet and cost projects

The Anthem Community Council approved a six-phase facilities master-plan process that will run from Feb. 1 to about Sept. 2027, add professional vetting for cost and design, and create more board check-ins; staff said the work will be funded from enhancement funds for consultants.

Executive Director Erin Baker described a six-phase Facilities Master Plan (FMP) approach designed to provide additional professional vetting, cost estimates and preliminary designs for proposed projects. The proposed process would run from Feb. 1 through approximately Sept. 2027 and includes outreach, preliminary evaluation, consultant cost vetting and board check-ins.
