Alderperson at large Dorothy Kowalski, Committee Chairperson, called the Finance & Insurance Committee to order at 4:00 p.m. in the Common Council Chambers at Marinette City Hall. The clerk recorded a quorum with Alderpersons Kowalski, Lesperance, Skorik, Keller and Wolfe present.
