Council authorized the borough manager to advertise a request for proposals for demolition and associated pre-construction services for borough-owned properties at 403 Perry Highway and 649 Center Avenue. The authorization specifically permits public release of an RFP to include environmental testing, abatement, demolition and site preparation; the vote approved issuance of the RFP only and did not award a contract.
