The council unanimously approved a payment to Gene Messer Ford-Mazda to replace a fire department engine, with the purchase charged to the Fire Protection Fund. The approval was presented by City Clerk Amy Campos and passed on a motion by Councilman Erasmo Bravo and second by Councilwoman Roberta Blea.
