At its Feb. 10 meeting, the Santa Rosa City Council approved a package of routine purchases — including fire-system upgrades, election ballot equipment, a sewer actuator and a Work Order System renewal — and adopted a FY2026 budget adjustment. Most motions passed unanimously.
