The Boone County Drainage Board voted to appoint two local representatives, Dave and Doug, to serve on the Sims‑Rogers joint drainage board with Clinton County. Carol Cunningham, Boone County Surveyor, told the board Clinton County had requested an organizational meeting on Aug. 25 to set up the joint board and to discuss an increase in maintenance funds for the watershed.
