Council approved contracting with Zacttax (transcribed in the record) for bank reconciliations and virtual CFO services at $3,000 per month to help complete the 2025 reconciliations and enable the annual audit. The administrator said the forensic auditors cannot complete the annual audit at the same time and the virtual CFO will provide monthly reporting, budget assistance and cash-flow projections.
