Committee to start new text group for communications, will include new members and Sandy LaPera

The minutes note that the committee will create a new text group to handle communications and that the group will include new members as they are appointed and Sandy LaPera. The record includes the verbatim line: "I will be doing a new text group for all communication that will include the new members as well as Sandy LaPera." The minutes do not attribute that line to a named speaker.
