Common Council hears multiple due‑process appeals on water/sewer bills; payment plans and terminations ordered
At its Aug. 18 meeting the Oneida Common Council held multiple due‑process hearings on overdue water/sewer accounts. Several residents received phased payment plans; one account was set for termination after the customer failed to appear; a landlord account (Taberg MH LLC) received a 12‑month repayment schedule for a $51,557.48 balance.

The Common Council opened due process hearings for water and sewer bills at 7:00 p.m. and reviewed individual accounts under Article XIX of the City Water Department Rules and Regulations. For each case the council applied payment schedules or ordered termination where the customer did not appear.
