The Lake County Board approved Resolution 2026-11 on March 30, rezoning Timber Ranch subdivision Tract B from urban residential to the Timber Ranch Planned Unit Development. Planning director Ann Snyder told the board the Planning Commission recommended conditional approval on March 8 and had previously held a joint public hearing; the county and developer worked to finalize minor edits to the zoning control document and roadway standards.
