Lake County adopts Colorado Wildfire Resiliency Code, sets July 1 enforcement date
The Lake County Board adopted Resolution 2026-10 to apply the Colorado Wildfire Resiliency Code and state hazard map to unincorporated Lake County; enforcement is to begin July 1 and staff will implement plan-review, inspections and public outreach between adoption and enforcement.
