The Woodbury County Board of Supervisors approved a request to change the bid-opening date for the courthouse freight-elevator project from April 7 to April 21 at 3:00 p.m. Terry Glade of CMBA told the board that bidders asked for more time to review plans, citing scheduling and the Easter weekend, so the firm issued an addendum and asked the board to reset the date.
