District reports steady enrollment and shift to Synergy student information system
Rutherford County school official Dr. Martin told the committee enrollment is nearly unchanged from last year and the district is replacing Skyward with Synergy for registration and parent access; the district also rolled out a new parent communications program and app.

Dr. Martin told the committee that enrollment is holding steady: "if you compare us to this exact same date of August 18th of last school year, we're within 21 students to having the exact same number as last year." Kindergarten students were still phasing in, the superintendent said, and prekindergarten figures were excluded from that comparison.
