The Village Board voted May 6 to authorize a revised contract with Professor (Fes) O'Neal to carry out a flood‑vulnerability and climate adaptation study for Cold Spring, funded by a Hudson River Estuary DEC grant. The earlier authorization was rescinded and the new agreement (dated April 24, 2026) was approved with a proposed budget of $72,700.
