Bill #4, introduced by Mr. Soles, authorizes the proper city officials to execute documents that allow CSX Transportation (CSXT) to incur costs and create a project to facilitate reconstruction of Ramp No. 1 that spans CSXT railroad tracks on the Monongahela subdivision between the Harrison Street and McKeeport stations.
