Kane County sets Oct. 19 public hearing on updated road-improvement plan and impact-fee changes
Planning staff told the Transportation Committee the Comprehensive Road Improvement Plan to 2035 lists about $1 billion in projects (roughly $972 million impact-fee-eligible) and recommended setting an Oct. 19 public hearing to display draft documents and get comment. Staff said current annual fee receipts average about $3 million.
